SOLAR WATER TANKS

Access to clean and safe drinking water brings life-changing relief to families living in remote areas of Pakistan. Through our Solar Water Tank Project, Thara Welfare Trust installs solar-powered water tanks in deserving villages where they can benefit the entire community.

Solar Water Tanks for
Communities in Need

Access to clean and safe drinking water is vital for needy families living in remote areas. Through its Solar Water Tank Project, Thara Welfare Trust aims to make fresh water available in deprived villages, rural settlements, and poor communities where it is needed most.

For families, women, and children who walk long distances every day to fetch water, a nearby solar water tank provides welcome relief. By installing solar-powered tanks with multiple taps, the Trust helps communities access clean drinking water conveniently throughout the day.

With the support of our donors, Thara Welfare Trust can continue building solar water tanks in suitable locations, providing a sustainable service that supports health, hygiene, and the wellbeing of local communities.

Giving

Many individuals choose to donate solar water tanks as Ehsale Sawaab on behalf of family members or loved ones who have passed away. Providing clean and safe drinking water is a meaningful act of charity that can benefit many people in their daily lives. It offers a practical way to honour the memory of someone who has passed away while contributing to the wellbeing of the wider community.

Where requested, the name of the individual can be placed on the solar water tank plaque as a lasting reminder of their charitable contribution. Every person who benefits from the water can serve as part of the ongoing reward of this good deed, making a solar water tank donation a thoughtful and lasting tribute to the memory of a loved one.
