Through the Water Hand Pumps Project, Thara Welfare Trust works to bring accessible water sources to communities where they are most urgently needed.

By installing hand pumps in suitable locations, we aim to make clean water more accessible for families and reduce the daily hardship of travelling long distances to collect water. A hand pump can make a meaningful difference to everyday life, particularly for women, children, and elderly people who often carry the responsibility of collecting water for their households.

Our goal is not only to provide access to water, but to help create healthier, safer, and more dignified living conditions for communities in need.
