FREE FOOD DISTRIBUTION (LANGAR)
For families and individuals struggling with poverty, even a simple meal can be a great source of relief. Thara Welfare Trust provides cooked meals to poor and homeless people in interior Sindh, including Tharparkar. With your support, we can continue serving nutritious meals to those who need them most.
Sharing Food with Those in Need
Thara Welfare Trust organises cooked food (Langar) for approximately 200 to 300 people at a time, providing a meal to families and individuals who may struggle to afford their daily food.

The project focuses on supporting poor and homeless communities in interior Sindh, including Tharparkar, where many families face difficult living conditions and limited access to regular meals.

Each Langar requires around £200 in funding. Regular donations allow the Trust to organise food distributions more frequently and reach more people in need.
During Ramadan, the Trust also organises daily Iftari throughout the month, made possible through the generous support of donors.

Help Feed Someone in Need
A donation towards Langar can help provide a cooked meal to someone facing hunger and hardship. Around £200 helps fund one food distribution serving approximately 200–300 people.
our support can help us continue regular Langar and daily Iftari during Ramadan.

A Meal Can Make a Difference
For families living in poverty, putting food on the table every day can be a constant struggle. Poor and homeless people in rural communities may have limited income and few resources to meet their basic needs.

Thara Welfare Trust responds by organising regular Langar distributions, helping provide cooked meals to people who may otherwise go without.
Our Goal
To provide food regularly to vulnerable communities across interior Sindh and Tharparkar, while expanding the reach of the project as funding becomes available.
