GROCERY SHOPS (LIVELIHOOD PROJECT)
Thara Welfare Trust believes that the best way to eliminate poverty is by empowering individuals to become self-reliant. Our Grocery Shop Livelihood Project is a flagship initiative designed to transform the lives of unemployed youth in Sindh. Instead of temporary relief, we provide them with a sustainable business, enabling them to support their families with dignity and honor.

Project Vision
Our vision is to build a self-sufficient community where every young person has the opportunity to earn a respectable living. By establishing grocery shops, we are not just opening businesses; we are creating centers of hope and economic stability in underserved areas.

Identification: We identify deserving, hardworking, and unemployed youth from local communities.
Setup: Thara Welfare Trust fully finances and sets up a complete grocery shop, including initial stock and essential equipment.
Guidance: Under the personal supervision of our Chairman, Haji Lal Hussain Sain Thara, we ensure the shops are located in areas where they can be most profitable.
Monitoring: We provide ongoing support to ensure the business grows and becomes a permanent source of income for the family.

To date, Thara Welfare Trust has successfully established multiple grocery shops across Sindh.

Economic Freedom: Families who were once struggling for a single meal are now running successful businesses.
Community Convenience: These shops provide essential items to the local villagers at their doorstep, especially benefiting children and the elderly.
Youth Empowerment: We are turning job seekers into small business owners.
